"Aki Matsuri" (Fall Festival)

Sunday September 28, 2008, 10am to 6pm, Hispanic Cultural Center, 4th Street & Bridge (Caesar Chavez Blvd). Ikebana Exhibition, Japanese/Okinawa dancing, food and crafts booths, sumo demo, martial arts and more. This year's theme is "Bamboo" - The Way of Living Green, with a focus on sustainability and renewable energy. Sponsored by New Mexico Japanese American Citizen's League with proceeds going to the building fund for the proposed Japanese Cultural Center.
